Job Description

We are looking for an experienced DZ driver to join our team! You will be responsible for operating a Sweeper Truck to remove debris, dirt, and litter from roadways, parking lots, and other designated areas. Your role is essential in maintaining clean and safe environment!

What you're responsible for:

• Safely operating asweeperto remove debris, dirt, andlitter from roadways, parking lots, and other designated areas
• Following established routes and schedules to ensure thorough cleaning of the assigned areas
• Operating controls to adjust brushes and systems for optimal performance while monitoring equipment functionality
• Performing pre and post trip inspections on the truck and equipment
• Removing any lodged debris from the sweeper brush and minor repairs
• Coordinating with yard supervisors to determine priority areas for treatment
• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safe work practices

Qualifications

To join our team:

• 10-18 speed manual transmission experience is required
• Valid DZ drivers license, clean drivers abstract and CVOR
• Previous experience operating a sweeper truck is preferred
• Ability to operate and maintain the sweeper truck safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
