Metrotown Mitsubishi. Is the highest rated Mitsubishi dealer in the Lower Mainland. We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant that is energetic, upbeat and eager to interact with others in-person, and over the phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, email, and phone calls, in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Direct necessary communication and refer customers to the appropriate department, notifying the employee concerned is waiting and introducing customers to the sales consultants
  • Organize, maintain, and manage both physical and digital company documents, including customer data, employee files, contracts, and agreements, etc.
  • Prepare invoices, take payments, and issue receipts to customers and partners
  • Help manage work?ow by updating information and polices to all staffs, ensuring cooperative, accurate, and safe work procedure; report any and all accidents to the manager
  • Schedule appointments for manager with employees, business partners, and other visitors
  • Make business travel arrangements for manager and prepare required documents for trips
  • Assist in arranging staff meetings and take notes and minutes in meetings
  • Monitor the remaining level of office supplies and make orders before running out
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Completion of secondary school is required.
  • College diploma or undergraduate degree in business administration or a related filed is preferred.
  • At least two years of work experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Automotive Dealership administrative experience is an asset.
  • Strong customer relation skills, and ability to work well with both internal and external customers, ensuring all guests are helped
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to work and function with all work teams and all department levels.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work in an active, social atmosphere without being distracted.
  • Professional and confident attitude, strong time management skills.
  • Strong proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) in order to develop and maintain various documents, spreadsheets, and databases.

Compensation:

  • $28.00/hour

Job Type:

  • Full-time, permanent position

Work Schedule:

  • 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, include 0.5 hours paid lunchtime
