Your goal will be to provide excellent customer service, ensuring the systems you are working on are safe and operating properly as well as completing your work in a timely and effective manner. Your success is dependent on the quality of work you complete and the satisfaction of our customers' needs. Work Environment – Safety training and all equipment provided Flexible Work Model – Structured rotational schedule, home after each shift Flexible Benefits Plan – Including medical and dental benefits that are both in effect from day one. Complete appropriate daily paperwork for each service call. Maintain daily and yearly inventory. Ensure the service truck is in good working order and reliable. Rotational on call evenings and weekends. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, with a customer service focus Ability to install and service various types of heating equipment A valid Oil Burner Technician license is required, dual licensing (Oil and Gas) is an asset.
