Here every person is close to decisions and actions – close to the heartbeat of the organization.Who We're Looking ForThe Business Intelligence Analyst handles a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the department. You need excellent communication skills and the ability to function well in a role that requires autonomy and initiative.You have excellent organizational and administrative skills and can balance multiple priorities. This position regularly interacts with senior management and requires someone with high integrity and discretion.The responsibilities of this role are as follows:Build, maintain and improve existing Tableau dashboards to allow for immediate insight and analysis by managementDesign, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to support business needs.Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand reporting needs.Create and maintain documentation related to Tableau dashboards and reports.Identify and implement improvements to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities.Provide training and support to users on Tableau functionality and best practices.Prepare Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Commercial Activity Reports; constantly improving both the report content for greater commercial impact and reporting process for efficiencyAct as a partner with the business units troubleshooting both day-to-day and high-level strategic problemsProvide management with actionable insights based on in-depth analysis of the commercial and competitive environments for brands in all stages of the lifecycle (i.e. pre-launch, growth, and mature markets)Actively engage with internal /external teams to streamline and standardize existing processes by identifying and developing opportunities to increase efficienciesInterpret requests from management (i.e. "wants") and deliver necessary outputs (i.e. "needs")Demonstrate ability to solve complex problems and offer creative suggestions for alternative designs and methodsEvaluate new projects and business challenges and design practical, attainable solutionsTrack and document post implementation benefits and key objective measurementEffectively present information and respond to questions from internal peers and leadersBe the liaison between the business units and external support teamsCreate tools (in Tableau and Excel) to help the operations teams manage day-to-day responsibilitiesModeling of forecasts and budget preparationAssist the Finance and Accounting departmentAdditional ad-hoc reports and analysis as requiredSound like the right job for you so far? If so, and you have the following qualifications, we would love to see your application!Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Commerce, with a focus on management and/or analytics (or similar fields)2-5 years of experience with Tableau and data visualization. Tableau (LODs, Joins, SQL, Tableau Prep, Tableau Desktop/server)CO-OP / Internship, or similar corporate work experienceAdvanced Excel skills (Lookups, Pivots, Conditional Formatting, Nested formulas, Data Tables, Charting, etc.)Investigative mindset that can be applied to a broad range of tools and situationsHard working, goal-oriented personality with excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently or in a team environment to meet strict deadlinesProficient in using MS Office Suite of products (PowerPoint, Word, OneDrive/SharePoint, etc.)Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)Nice to haves:Sage and Salesforce.com experienceCPG and/or Pharmaceuticals experienceExcel VBA & Macros experienceCompensation & Benefits:We offer a competitive salary, bonus structure, Employee Share Purchase Plan, and comprehensive benefits package.
