Job Responsibilities

• Prepares reports on key metrics to internal stakeholders regarding service delivery.
• Participate in knowledge management collaborative forums within the business and across PACE's clients to promote and enhance the adoption of best practices in Knowledge Management specifically in the areas of defining new processes, systems use landscape, on-boarding, and document management.
• Provides ongoing guidance, support, and training in Knowledge Management best practices in accordance with specific standards of practice, specifically in the areas of Document Management and Control, Content Management, Knowledge sharing, and Collaboration.
• Accomplish any other related tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Experience in project controls in the mining industry
• Experience in a Project Management role
• PMP certificate preferred
• Primavera P6 and SAP intermediate experience an asset
• Bachelor's degree in economics, Math, Engineering, or Business-related discipline or other combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
