The work you and your team do will shape the direction of Clio's Manage portfolio, building alignment across all functions of the business and driving innovation that builds upon Manages' market-leading status. 'Manage' is Clio's flagship product, the core of the operating system for legal and the cornerstone of Clio's success for the past 15 years. It has redefined how law firms operate, collaborate, and succeed in the digital era. Used by hundreds of thousands of legal professionals worldwide, it also forms the foundation for Clio's next phase of growth as we evolve the product and enter new markets, segments and areas of specialization. Reporting to the VP of Product Management and working closely with the CPO, you will be responsible for the development and execution of Clio Manages' growth strategy and share the responsibility to drive customer success and growth. Define the vision and create the roadmap for the Clio Manage business including existing markets as well as new and expansion vectors. Conduct detailed analysis of new opportunities, presenting detailed assessments, forecasts and opinions to drive investment decisions. Ensure that the products are launched on time with quality and deliver real customer impact. Hire, mentor and develop team members with product management best practices, empowering them to excel in their roles and contribute to our customers and the company's success. Foster strong communication channels that breed creativity and accelerate project timelines. Analysis and Insights: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of your teams' efforts Synthesize market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities and create actionable plans to address. Utilize customer feedback, data analytics, and market intelligence to make informed decisions that enhance product offerings. Product Lifecycle Management: Experience working with senior leaders, and are able to easily navigate communications with the executive team. You can take an ambiguous problem space, quickly understand the issues and circumstances at play and create a concrete and actionable plan for your team You have a track record of building and growing a high-performing team of engaged product managers. The expected new-hire base salary range for similar roles within Clio is $240,000 - $360,00 CAD. This role is eligible for variable pay that is based on company performance, with actual payout amounts calculated and paid on a quarterly basis.
