Description:

The Human Resources Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for leveraging technology, particularly PowerBI, to enhance HR data analysis and visualization, providing actionable insights to support decision-making processes. This role involves extensive collaboration with various teams, including IT and Knowledge and Innovation to ensure effective data integration and project management. The manager will be actively involved in handling HR-related data and blending it with other business areas to derive comprehensive business insights.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and Implementing BI Solutions: Utilize PowerBI or similar business intelligence tools to create advanced visualizations, maintain complex data sets, and query using SQL. Develop and execute the HR analytics strategy in collaboration with HR leadership and other key stakeholders. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

  • KPI's, Data Analysis, and Reporting: Oversee reporting and data governance of comprehensive list of HR KPI's, insights, and analyses.

  • Data Management and Integration: Ensure seamless integration of HR data (sourced from Workday and other HR systems) with other systems and data sets.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Knowledge and Innovation, and other departments to align BI strategies and projects.

  • Project Leadership: Oversee and manage BI projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes Lead and manage a team of analysts, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  • Special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience.

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with PowerBI, SQL, and API connections. Workday experience strongly preferred.

  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong capability in data analysis and interpretation.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Management Experience: Prior experience in leading a team or managing a department.

  • Flexibility: Ability to travel to office when needed.

Minimum Education :

  • Bachelor's degree. Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
