Education:

1. College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Tasks:

1. Establish and implement policies and procedures
2. Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
3. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
4. Manage contracts
5. Manage training and development strategies
6. Advise senior management
7. Respond to employee questions and complaints
8. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
9. Oversee payroll administration
10. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
11. Recruit and hire staff
12. Conduct performance reviews
13. Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury

1. 2 years to less than 3 years
