Contract Term : April 1st - September 15th // May 1st - December 31st

OUR VISION FOR THIS ROLE:

As the Summer Admissions Lead at JUMP! Foundation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping memorable and transformative experiences for participants. You'll be the architect of our Summer program's success, driving not only participant engagement but also establishing strategic partnerships, crafting compelling marketing collateral, and ensuring seamless admissions processes. Your vision will contribute directly to the growth and impact of our Summer programs.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

JUMP Summer Marketing Collateral

  • Develop captivating and informative marketing materials for the Summer programs.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across various channels.

Potential Parent and Participant Communication

  • Craft engaging communication strategies to reach potential parents and participants.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries, providing necessary information and fostering a positive experience.

Bookings for JUMP Spring and Fall Programs in Canada

  • Drive admissions for JUMP's Spring and Fall programs, focusing on the Canada market.
  • Implement effective booking strategies to meet enrollment goals.

In-person Marketing Events and Conferences for JUMP Summer

  • Plan and execute in-person marketing events and attend relevant conferences to promote JUMP Summer.
  • Build relationships with potential participants, parents, and partners.

Strategic Partnerships for JUMP Summer (B2B2C):

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with organizations that can contribute to the success of JUMP Summer.
  • Implement a B2B2C approach to leverage partnerships for participant acquisition.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in admissions, marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Knowledge of the education or experiential learning sector is a plus.
