Job Description

• Over 8 years of software testing manager experience.
• Proficiency with product-relevant testing and process tools.
• Excellent managerial skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Experience with test automation frameworks, Software Testing and Applications Development.
• Eagerness to learn, introduce and improve new and existing test practice and process.
• Experience in automation test development in Selenium framework with TestNG, Maven, Log4j, Extent Reports, Junit, and Cucumber BDD or other automation tools.
• Medical Devices software test automation on O-arm for Surgical Imaging and maintaining FDA standards for surgical imaging systems is a plus.
• Develop VnV protocols in the Healthcare domain and developing Test Plans and Strategies.
• Lead and manage the test engineering team, providing mentorship and support to ensure the highest level of performance.
• Collaborate with across the business working with various teams to identify and resolve testing issues and optimize testing workflows.
• Provide end-to-end software testing support for time and business critical projects by leading test strategy, plan, execution, documentation, defect management and status reporting.
• Implements core project management tools, methods and best practices to assemble software testing plans that align with the project/release and with expectations of sponsors and stakeholders, and meets business needs.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end Automation Scripts, Automation frameworks, and review of Test Scripts.
• Experience in data analysis with SSIS packages and SQL servers for analysis of patient data in the healthcare domain.
