L'organisation est à la recherche d'une personne dynamique, créative et organisée qui souhaite contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs d'affaires de P&WC par le biais de la fabrication et du développement de pièces aéronautiques de grande qualité. Le/la candidat (e) sera jumelé (e) à un superviseur senior et participera aux rencontres, aux interactions avec le personnel ainsi qu'aux prises de décisions tout en bénéficiant d'une équipe pour l'encadrer.

À quoi ressemblera votre travail quotidien:

• Gérer les employés dans un environnement syndiqué en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le superviseur (assurer la fluidité des opérations au quotidien, assigner les tâches, agir en tant que personne ressource pour le département, appliquer les règles de la convention collective).
• Agir en tant qu'agent de prévention et de respect des règles de santé sécurité au travail.
• Prendre en charge et déployer des stratégies afin de réduire la non-qualité.
• Prendre en charge des projets (aménagement, santé-sécurité, environnement, productivité, etc.) permettant l'amélioration continue du département.

Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir :

Les incontournables :

• Être éligible à travailler au Canada
• Être inscrit dans une université canadienne pendant toute la durée de votre stage.
• Être en mesure de travailler sur place dans la province où vous êtes embauché, le cas échéant.
• La langue française (niveau avancé : parlé et écrit)
• Poursuivre actuellement des études dans le domaine de génie, Ressources Humaines (RH) ou Gestion des Operations et de la Production (GOP)
• Bonne maitrise des logiciels offices de bases (principalement : Excel, Outlook, One Note)

Atouts :

• Habileté en communication et présentation
• Autonomie, leadership, sens des priorités, de l'initiative et de la diplomatie
• Expérience en entreprise manufacturière, principe lean manufacturing , logiciel SAP, Expérience en gestion du changement
• La langue anglaise (parlé et écrit)

The organization is looking for a dynamic, creative and organized individual who wants to contribute to the achievement of P&WC business objectives through the manufacturing and development of high-quality aeronautic parts. The candidate will be paired with a senior supervisor and will be assisting him/her across various meetings, interactions with the personnel, as well as in the making of decisions, all while obtaining the needed support from the team on site. The work environment is divided between desk work and on-the-field experience. However, given the particular context of COVID-19, it is possible that a portion is teleworking.

What your day to day will look like:

• Manage employees in a unionized environment by working closely with the supervisor (ensure smooth day-to-day operations, assign tasks, act as a resource person for the department, apply the rules of the collective agreement).
• Act as an agent of prevention and compliance with occupational health and safety rules.
• Take charge and deploy strategies to reduce non-quality.
• Take charge of projects (layout, health and safety, environment, productivity, etc.) allowing for the continuous improvement of the department.

What you need to be successful:

Must haves:

• Be eligible to work in Canada
• Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship
• Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable
• French language (advanced level: spoken and written)
• Currently pursuing studies in the field of Engineering, Human Resources (HR) or Operations and Production Management (OPM)
• Mastery of basic office software (mainly: Excel, Outlook, One Note)

Assets:
