This position will collaborate withvarious sales personnel to deliver against core responsibilities.Calls onmultiple customers to develop relationships and achieve maximum product sales.

Position Responsibilities

• Deliver the planned annualsales & profit targets across multiple customers while managing tradeeffectively.
• Work with direct guidancefrom manager as it relates to business planning and customer strategy.
• Execute assortment, pricing,and promotion plan to deliver agreed upon objectives.
• Execute business strategiesand tactics as directed.
• Negotiate annual agreements,promo activity, listing fees, price increases & costing with customer.
• Create & presentbusiness reviews.
• Address retail pricingissues with customers.
• Manage routine demand andsupply issues with customers.
• Communicate changes to CAGpolicy, discontinued items, pricing actions, recalls/product qualityissues to customers.
• Ensuring new products arelisted and distribution gaps are filled.
• Handle customer/consumercomplaints.
• Input annual business planin the Trade Management tool and maintain trade events in the tool.
• Provide project support forTeam Lead and BDMs.

• Reporting into the SeniorBDM
• Business Development Manager(move later)
• Market Development
• Lateral Marketing roleswithin CAG

Position Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Business,Marketing, or related field.
• 1-year related experience.CPG preferred.
• A team player, with superiorcustomer-service acumen and a demonstrated ability to network with otherdepartments.
• Strong computer skills forMicrosoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
• Experience with SAP (S4,TMA) preferred.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solvingand organizational skills.
• Ability to workindependently and under pressure.
• Excellent analytical skillsand highly detail oriented.
• Sales planning and salesexecution experience required.
• Proficient in MicrosoftOffice tools and applications. (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must have strong negotiationskills.
• Must be capable ofeffectively interpreting and using multiple information sources to developcustomer-specific tactical plans and options.
• Effective communicationskills - both written and verbal.
• Demonstrates initiative andperseverance.
