What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, peers, and senior professionals
- Develop departmental plans and assign objectives
- Establish operating policies and procedural plans
- Lead the team to quota success and understand key performance indicators
- Own the number for the team consisting of new logo business and expansion from the existing install base

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience; MBA preferred
- 10+ years B2B outside/field sales experience selling complex Enterprise software/SaaS solutions and services
- 5+ years of sales management experience
- Proficiency with business planning and budget development
- Proficiency developing and driving effective use of CRM

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales or sales leadership experience in one of the vertical markets
- EHS or ORM software sales expertise
