En tant que spécialiste de l'approvisionnement, vous devrez :

- Soutenir les initiatives opérationnelles, contractuelles et de réduction des coûts de l'approvisionnement.
- Vous êtes responsable des projets de réduction des coûts conformément aux stratégies de l'entreprise.
- Vous apportez un soutien actif à la rationalisation du processus Source to Pay.
- Soutenir l'intégration de SAP Ariba avec nos clients internes.
- Effectuer une analyse des tendances en matière de dépenses afin de fournir des recommandations sur les stratégies relatives aux produits de base.
- Développer des indicateurs de performance clés pour aider à atteindre nos objectifs commerciaux.
- Soutenir les Commodities Managers dans leurs activités opérationnelles quotidiennes.
- Participer activement aux ateliers d'amélioration des processus
- Mettre à profit vos compétences pour aider l'équipe à atteindre le niveau de performance supérieur.

Formation et expérience :
- 2+ ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
- Expérience valide avec SAP et MS Office

Compétences et connaissances :
- Solides compétences en analyse de données (utilisation de MS Excel).
- Autonomie, débrouillardise et esprit d'entreprise.
- Bonne communication orale et écrite en anglais et en français
- Capacité à s'épanouir dans un environnement où le rythme est soutenu et où la pression est parfois forte.
- Compréhension des marchés publics indirects considérée comme un atout

As a Procurement Specialist you will be:

* Supporting Procurement operational, contractual and cost saving initiatives
* Be responsible of cost savings projects in accordance with the corporate strategies
* Providing active support in streamlining the Source to Pay process
* Supporting the integration of SAP Ariba with our internal Customers
* Performing Spend Trends analysis to provide recommendations on Commodities strategies
* Developing Key Performance Indicators to help achieving business targets
* Supporting the Commodities Managers in the daily operational activities
* Actively participating in Process Improvement workshops
* Leveraging your skills to help the team reach the next level of performance

Education and Experience:
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Valid experience with SAP and MS Office

Skills and Knowledge:
* Strong Data Analytical skills (use of MS Excel)
* Autonomy, Resourcefulness and Entrepreneurship
* Good English and French verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
* Understanding of indirect procurement considered as an asset
