Your Role and Responsibilities
As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in crafting exceptional software experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass the design and implementation of innovative features, fine-tuning and sustaining existing code for optimal performance, and guaranteeing top-notch quality through rigorous testing and debugging. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you'll be working closely with researchers, developers, designers, and product managers to ensure our software aligns seamlessly with user expectations.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field of study
At least 3 years of industry experience with Java, Python or C++ developing production backend applications.
Experience with design and development of production-grade applications that are both scalable and robust.
Experience with cloud-based technologies, showcasing familiarity with modern cloud ecosystems and tools.
A self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to initiate and drive projects independently.
Demonstrated excellence in problem-solving, with the ability to tackle complex issues and find effective solutions.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Master's degree in computer science or related field of study
Experience deploying and supporting software in production environments
Experience developing container-based micro services for cloud applications such as Docker runtime and Kubernetes
Experience with deployment (CI/CD) and troubleshooting micro services on Kubernetes
Experience with distributed systems and datastores: etcd, object stores and SQL databases (e.g. Postgres)
Experience with real time systems
Experience with Speech technologies
