We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Manager/Administrative Assistant to join our team.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our vehicle inventory and services. You will work closely with the sales team and service team to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.

Duties:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales

- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content

- Optimize website content for search engine optimization (SEO)

- Create and manage email marketing campaigns

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities

- Collaborate with the creative teams to develop advertising materials

- Utilize Canva and other programs to create visually appealing marketing materials

Experience:

- Familiarity with market research techniques and tools is an asset not requirement

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in various administrative tasks including; answering and directing incoming calls, customer payments (both in person and over the phone), assisting with accounts payable and receivable.

Duties:

- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Assist with billing and invoicing

- Manage and maintain customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents

- Assist with customer support inquiries via phone, email, or in-person

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not a requirement

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
