Food and Beverage Service Manager Job Description

Century Casino Edmonton is looking for a Food and Beverage Service Manager to provide exciting and energized experiences in our Restaurant.

Your responsibilities as the Food and Beverage Service Manager in our Restaurant, will be:

· Reporting to and working with your department head, the Food and Beverage Outlet
Manager

· Growing the outlet through guest interaction, special events and giveaways.

· On site operation of the restaurant and lounge.

• Identify ways to improve guest experiences to encourage guest loyalty.
• Effective communication with guests, peers and management.
• A natural leader who can handle all situations in a calm, professional and prudent manner.
• Aware and informed of all events and opportunities

What you Bring:

· Enthusiastic, outgoing and friendly customer service skills.

· Organizational skills, reliability and a strong work ethic.

· Experience in F&B, guest services, hospitality and leadership.

· Schedule flexibility including day shifts, evening shifts, morning shifts, nights and
weekends when required.

· A strategic thinker and multi-tasker who can maximize guest experiences.

• Operate with the highest levels of integrity and honesty.
