Salary: Our salaries generally range from $97,692.52 to $122,115.65 and are based on qualifications and experience.

About the Role

Join the Housing Programs Team in the Senior Specialist, Business Planning and Optimization position. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, measurement and alignment of our activities across multiple divisional teams and with the broader company. This is a temporary position with a duration of 12 months.

What you'll do:

Assesthe organization's goals, strategic alignment, client needs, and market trends and recommending initiatives and tactics to align the division's delivery and maximize outcomes.

Coordinate the development of divisional strategies and plans and integrating with the sector and company-wide planning and prioritization processes.

Coordinate internal communications activities, joint meetings and tracking of deliverables.

Identify, recommend and action efficiency gaps and monitors progress.

Develop, monitor and report on key performance indicators, targets and results and ensuring that regular reports are provided on operational performance.

Work with other functional areas to align our goals, execution and measurement of initiatives and their impact.

Influence the development, integration and monitor of third party, association and client relationship activities and plans in collaboration with the Director and management team.

What you should have:

A Bachelor's Degree ideally in Commerce, Business Administration, or Economics.

A minimum of seven (7) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Experience in the development and delivery of housing programs.

Knowledge of housing issues and the social, economic and political trends that affect the affordability and quality of housing inventory.

Strong planning, research, analytical and project management skills.

Superior written and verbal skills, including negotiation, influence and presentation.
