Volunteer Opportunity Details

Description of Duties:

Escort patients to their assigned treatment rooms.

Act as a liaison between staff and patients, e.g. deliver messages for unit staff, make inquiries on behalf of patients

Provide personal, friendly services to patients and assist staff with patient flow.

Skills Required:

Positive and confident attitude.

Patience, tolerance and empathy.

Enthusiastic learner.

Team Player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Physical ability to stand, walk for long periods of time when needed.
