Here's how you'll be involved
- Collaborate on all aspects of talent development through the design and
- development of ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, etc.) and non-ERP training (tools, standards, templates, curricula).
- Analyze end-user training needs
- Develop a customized training material, understand business processes, general skills training materials, instructor/participant guides; workbooks, work aids, simulations.
- Validate training materials with functional team leaders and client subject
- Work with the functional team and support the team to determine exercise data requirements in the training environment
- Participate in training (Train the Trainers)
- Identify updates of necessary training and support materials
Your experience
- Bachelor's degree in arts or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in training development
- Your ability to develop an engaging and effective training program
- Experience with various SAP modules(an asset)
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Your knowledge of instructional design theory and adult learning principles
You stand out for
- Interpersonal and results-oriented
- Your knowledge of the learning delivery cycles (an asset)
- The bilingualism in French and English, as you will be working with resources outside the province of Quebec
