Here's how you'll be involved

  • Collaborate on all aspects of talent development through the design and
  • development of ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, etc.) and non-ERP training (tools, standards, templates, curricula).
  • Analyze end-user training needs
  • Develop a customized training material, understand business processes, general skills training materials, instructor/participant guides; workbooks, work aids, simulations.
  • Validate training materials with functional team leaders and client subject
  • Work with the functional team and support the team to determine exercise data requirements in the training environment
  • Participate in training (Train the Trainers)
  • Identify updates of necessary training and support materials

Your experience

  • Bachelor's degree in arts or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in training development
  • Your ability to develop an engaging and effective training program
  • Experience with various SAP modules(an asset)
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Your knowledge of instructional design theory and adult learning principles

You stand out for

  • Interpersonal and results-oriented
  • Your knowledge of the learning delivery cycles (an asset)
  • The bilingualism in French and English, as you will be working with resources outside the province of Quebec
