Apprentice Plumber 3rd Plant Manager The Apprentice Plumber will assist the Journeyman Plumber(s) in installation, maintenance, and repairs associated with plumbing and heating requirements for a large manufacturing environment. Maintains a working knowledge of changes in technology, compliance, and repair techniques. Registered as an apprentice in Alberta and enrolled in a recognized trade school. Ability to work under the supervision of journeyman plumbers, as part of a team, and independently in a busy environment. Experience with routine electrical maintenance operations an asset. Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment. Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Travel to off-site locations may be required. ~ Always adhere to safety policies (wear protective equipment). ~ Overtime as required. ~ Work both indoors and outdoors, may be exposed to construction sites. Communication is primarily internal to the assigned work team and Supervisor/Senior Production Manager.
