• Plan and implement the social media strategy and content calendar.
• Monitor and report on campaigns, consumer behaviour and marketing activities.
• Manage and mentor a direct report (Social Media Assistant).
• Work with other team members for brand, influencer, and promotional activities.
• Create all content for social media and ensuring it's in-line with brand guidelines.

You – Social Media Manager Requirements:

• At least 2 years social media marketing experience within a B2C environment
• A team player who is confident with competitor reporting, market analysis, and working with tangible products.
• A degree in marketing or relevant field.

They have a flexible approach to working, looking to do up to two days a week from home.
