Tasks
- Read mechanical plans and specifications (identify equipment quantities on the plans).
- Monitor addenda.
- Prepare bids according to company standards (equipment selections, request equipment costs or selections in software from suppliers).
- Communicate with contractors and suppliers, as needed.
- Manage bids (closing and rescheduling dates).

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating construction projects or equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Bilingualism (French and English) both orally and in writing.
- Autonomy and strong computer skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Communication skills and relational abilities, diplomacy, and discretion.
