Education: College/CEGEP
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

1. Establish and implement policies and procedures
2. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
3. Manage training and development strategies
4. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
5. Respond to employee questions and complaints
6. Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
7. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
