We are working with a local, well-established client who is looking to add an Accounting Supervisor to their team in Hamilton! This position will oversee the day to day financials, month end, payroll and more while reporting into the CEO and supervising 3 direct reports! This role starts out fully in office but has the potential to move to a hybrid work model after 3 months.

Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and manage team members
- Day-to-day involvement of the business unit's finance team and activities
- Perform an efficient and effective financial close and reporting for the business unit
- Monitor compliance with all financial policies
- 4+ years' strong month end experience
- Previous experience supervising a team considered an asset
- Strong team player and analytical skills
