Leadership and people management skills, along with effective written and communications abilities. University diploma in Engineering or a Technical college degree in a relevant field. An Engineer-In-Training with related experience can be considered. Project management training (PMP or master's in project management) is a definitive asset. Around at least 10 years of experience in construction/industrial environment. A proven track record of site management with safety, customer service and financial responsibilities. Sound understanding of project controls and project reporting requirements. Managed 5M to 20M million-dollar multi-discipline projects. Experience in managing and delivery of capital brownfield projects from concept to close-out Proven commercial acumen. Knowledge of the organisation's policies and standard practices. Contractors will be hired on as W2 and will be eligible to our benefits package. They will work under the direction of a Design Team Leader and will be a part of a small team, who will interface with counterparts in other engineering and design centers located in India, England, and China. Preparing 3D CAD design models using Smart 3D (S3D) software tool and creating 2D drawings in Microstation and SmartSketch for construction packages.
