Specializing in web design, e-commerce, SEO, and graphic design, we offer comprehensive, budget-friendly packages designed to streamline the creation of a professional online presence.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive virtual assistant who is native English speaker to join my team. The role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM Regina time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold calling to prospect clients and effectively communicate our services.
- Updating and managing our CRM system.
- Managing our social media channels and potentially creating engaging content.
- Graphic design experience is highly preferred to assist with marketing materials.
- Scheduling and arranging meetings with clients.
- Handling incoming phone calls and customer queries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and social media management.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Graphic design experience is a significant plus.
