Key TasksPerform ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) assessments and develop a roadmap for enhancements and stabilizationIdentify opportunity for improving the quality of the data in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)Troubleshoot and debug existing Configuration Management Database (CMDB) interfaces and improve themEstablish a technical project plan with key milestones and providing status updatesCreate ServiceNow epics and stories • Document key technical decisions, issues, and enhancements through the entire development lifecycleReport on development work progressWork with the support team to ensure transition from development to operationProvide guidance and expertise to various stakeholders throughout the life of the projectCommunicate and collaborate with project team members and key stakeholders throughout the life of the project Key QualificationsMinimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience as a technical lead for ServiceNow ImplementationsMinimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience with the ServiceNow CMDBExperience performing ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) assessments and develop a roadmap for enhancements About LeverageTek IT SolutionsThank you for taking the time to apply!
