Analytics QA ( Business Systems Analyst – Intermediate )
Apex Systems is a global IT services provider and our consulting practice has an opening for a Analytics QA who will ensure all digital analytics requirements are present and accurate to ensure no reporting gaps for a Top Five Bank.
Client: Big 5 Bank
Location : Hybrid; 2 days a week in Toronto
Terms : 12 Month Contract, Strong possibility of extension or converting fulltime based on project budget & candidate performance.
Hours: 37.5 hours/week Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Job Description:
Analytics QA is responsible for contributing to projects that impact the business through in-depth quality assurance, proactive thinking, stakeholder communication, thorough documentation, and advice on moderately complex business information. The role applies subject matter expertise to consult with the business on process improvements, leading the technical QA to deliver high quality processes and procedures while ensuring compliance with requirements standards, work practices, processes, security standards and policies. The Senior Analyst, Analytics QA uses independent judgement to provide guidance to project teams, applying a comprehensive, conceptual and practical understanding of the area of specialization to a wide range of business and technical situations while analyzing business performance.
The role participates project and program level requirement checks for accuracy to ensure all digital analytics requirements are present and accurate to ensure no reporting gaps. In additional to the QA support provided to projects, the role also analyzes digital features in production to ensure nothing is broken or out of place.
Must Have Requirement:
- 2-4 years of experience as a QA Analyst
-Experience communicating with stakeholders
-Strong knowledge of Agile Project deliver tools such as Jira and Confluence
-Project delivery experience
-Experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
-Digital tag management tools // Adobe Launch
-Java script fundamentals
-Hands on experience in HP ALM uploading Functional test case results
-Experience in QA automation testing tools // Observe Point
Nice to Have:
-Observe Point
-Vault.js
-Degree in computer science or related discipline
-ISTQB foundation level certification
-Work experience at a financial institution
