As part of the Automation Product Management team, the Senior Product Owner is responsible to bring Product Management and Leadership vision to life for assigned products within the current portfolio and new products, define product requirements (software and hardware) for pharmacy automation systems and related pharmacy technology products, while working closely with customers, stakeholders, suppliers and product development team. As part of an Agile development team, the Senior Product Owner will maximize the value of the products in guiding the team to make requirements a reality. Works with Agile Scrum or Kanban teams as Product Owner for assigned Product(s) and perform required activities including creating and managing product backlog and requirements (user stories), acceptance testing, sprint demos, pilot management Ensures stakeholder requirements are captured, analyzed, justified, prioritized and included in development release planning On-going interface between different stakeholders , internal development team and external suppliers Responsible for guiding product development team members on projects or tasks, including communicating the product goal Supports the design, development and coordination of product launch activities 5-7 years of experience in product development and/or product management University Degree or College equivalent in a relevant discipline, such as software engineering, computer science, product development or health information science Must be bilingual and demonstrate excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible. Demonstrate success in collaborating outcomes across cross-functional teams in a dynamic and stimulating work environment delivering software solutions.
