AZAD Technology Partners is seeking Business Analyst for a full-time, W2 Contract position based in Plano, TX

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Hybrid (3 days per week on-site).

Assignment Duration: 12 Months with possibility of extending.

Compensation & Benefits: Compensation is between 50 .00 - 55.00 hourly. Benefits include a Co-paid Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Cafeteria Plan, and 401k, as well as the option for Paid Time Off (dependent on amount requested).

Description:

Analyzesandvalidatesprojectrequirementsthatresultinnewapplicationsorenhancementstoexistingapplications,systemsand/orbusinessprocessdesign.
Understandsbusinessissuesandneedsthattranslateintorequirementstocreatetheoverallsolution.
Managetheend-to-endrequirementsprocessusingtoolstodefinethesetofprocessesandapproachforeachproject,aswellasissueresolution.
Preparerequirementspackages,prepareuserstories,participateingroomingsessions,managerequirementstraceabilitychanges,artifacts,aswellasdevelopreferenceandresourcematerials.
Reviewfinaltechnicaldesign/solutionsandmaycoordinateUserAcceptanceTesting.
Participateacrosstheprojectlifecycleteamtoensurerequirementshavebeenmettostakeholderspecifications.
ProvideleadershiptoITproductteamstodrivetechnicaldevelopmentandprovidevisibilityofproductstatustoExecutiveLeaders.
Conductmulti-yearproductplanningtodetermineproductlife-cycledecisions,ensureconsistencywithoverallmarketingandcorporatestrategy,andachieveproductperformance,revenue,marketshare/penetration,andprofitabilityobjectives.

Gathersandanalyzesdataandreportstounderstandthebusinessproblemandvalidatesthesameafterthesolutionislive.
ServeasakeyliaisonbetweenBusinessandITteams(Product,UI,Development,QA,ReleaseandProductionSupport)tofacilitateproductdevelopment.
Completefunctionalandtechnicalanalysisfornewfeaturesandtechnicalprojects.
Writetechnicaldocumentation:Architecturediagram&sequencediagrams.
Managemultipleprojectssimultaneouslyandperformavarietyoftaskstohelpdeliveringmorevaluetoourcustomers.
Actsasteamleadasneededtoprovideleadershiptolessexperiencedprofessionals.

PreferredQualifications:

Bachelor'sdegreeinComputerScience,InformationSystemsorrelatedfield.
5+yearsofexperienceinatechnicalanalystroleworkingwiththeengineersandproductmanagers.
3+yearsofexperienceinanenvironmentbuildingMicroservices.
Musthaveexpertiseinrequirementsmanagement(AgileandWaterfall),SDLC,businessprocess,applicationsandsystems,negotiationskills,andRFPdevelopmentandtechnicalevaluation.
Solidtechnicalbackgroundwithunderstandingand/orexperienceinsoftwaredevelopmentandwebtechnologies.
ExpertknowledgeandexperiencedevelopingRESTclientsandservices.
Strongknowledgeandexperiencebeingresponsibleforrunningapplicationsinproduction.
Strongknowledgeandexperienceusingplatform-as-a-servicedeploymentenvironment.
Strongknowledgeandexperiencewithcontinuousintegrationandcontinuousdelivery.
StrongknowledgeandexperiencewithbothcontainerandcloudVMapplicationdeploymentmodels.
Experienceworkingwithinagile/scrum/kanbandevelopmentteam.
Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillswithdemonstratedabilitytopresentcomplextechnicalinformationinaclearmannertopeers,developers,andseniorleaders.
