The Opportunity

As a Flywheel Data Solutions Specialist, you will work with internal team members as well as directly with clients to help execute the services we are engaged to provide. You'll be responsible for managing the implementation of project plans that help clients achieve their strategic business objectives. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a subject-matter expert of all Flywheel Content Studio-specific platforms and ongoing e-commerce data management strategies.

What You'll Do:

  • Create, monitor, and track Amazon DSP display & video campaigns and budget pacing
  • Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, analytics, and performance insights for digital marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with Media Managers and the rest of the team to learn campaign management best practices and campaign optimization levers
  • Build out key metric reports, track progress and trends, and effectively communicate campaign results and insights during reporting calls
  • Create, test, measure and analyze customer shopping and purchasing behavior for improved outcomes
  • Work cross-functionally with different stakeholders across the media and e-commerce teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates, flagging potentially relevant updates for clients to broader Flywheel team to identify implications and recommended action
  • Continuously support the development and improvement of operational processes within the team to drive efficiency

Who You Are:

  • You have experience in campaign management and digital advertising, specifically with Amazon Advertising and DSP preferred but not required
  • You are proficient in using tools such as Excel, or third-party platforms to extract and interpret data
  • You have a strong acumen for understanding new processes, information, and data and using this to help assist the team and improve existing processes
  • You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate campaign performance and recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can work on multiple tasks simutaneously
  • You have great attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work

The Interview Process:

Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.

Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
