Nous recherchons un Coordinateur Marketing dynamique pour rejoindre notre quipe de Ventes et Marketing, en tant que membre cl de l'quipe de Stratgie Commerciale. Dans ce rle, vous collaborerez troitement avec les parties prenantes internes pour soutenir la stratgie commerciale et les activits de marketing de produits.

RESPONSABILITS :
- Coordonner des projets pour promouvoir les caractristiques, avantages et propositions de valeur des produits.
- Soutenir la recherche de march pour identifier les besoins des clients, les opportunits et les tendances de l'industrie.
- Aider la prparation des rapports internes et la gestion des demandes ponctuelles.
- Surveiller et analyser les performances des campagnes marketing en vue d'amliorations.
- Participer aux activits d'engagement des employs et aux projets d'amlioration.
- Identifier les opportunits d'amlioration des processus.

OUTILS POUR RUSSIR :
- Matrise de la suite Office 365 et de Teams : PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- Familiarit avec SharePoint.
- La connaissance de Power BI est un plus.

QUALIFICATIONS :
- Parfaitement bilingue en anglais et en franais.
- Baccalaurat en marketing, commerce ou domaine connexe.
- 1 3 ans d'exprience en marketing, de prfrence dans l'arospatiale ou l'aviation.
- Comprhension de la recherche de march, du positionnement des produits et de la gestion de campagnes.
- Excellentes comptences en communication crite et verbale.
- Comptences en gestion de projet avec la capacit de prioriser les tches et respecter les dlais.
- Autonome, proactif(ve) et capable de travailler de manire indpendante ou en collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in aerospace or aviation.
- Understanding of market research, product positioning, and campaign management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
