You look at things with an eye for continuous quality improvement. You are flexible and can pivot as needed. As a Program Manager you will leverage your technical expertise to evaluate business results and work closely with Directors and/or Executive to drive the organization's performance. Works with people manager(s) to review and analyze the department's direction according to emerging trends and feedback from partners and stakeholders. Draws sound conclusions based upon a mixture of analysis and experience. Looks for ways to add value beyond clients' immediate requests and acts on them. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, such as Administration or Healthcare. ~5+ years of progressive and varied experience in client services and business development within the field of healthcare. ~ Tried and tested analytical and critical-thinking skills. ~ Are familiar with health care quality. Are bilingual in French and English.
