About the role:

As a Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Administrator, you will play a key role within the Engineering Department to support the NACS sites to conduct efficient maintenance operations to maintain high availability for the critical assets within the Plants. The CMMS Administrator will work with the site personnel to ensure that the assets within the facilities are properly maintained, resource capacity is scheduled optimally, and the sites meet compliance guidelines.

In this role, you will:

Accountabilities

· Work with site personnel to organize, plan, and schedule the preventative and corrective maintenance work within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for the sites.

· Create and assign work orders to site teams at the direction of Site and Reclamation Managers.

· Assist in the prioritization of critical work and building efficient work packages (team member project plans and kitting)

· Provide expertise in the support of generating business processes to support sites by optimizing workflows to maximize data capture for asset life cycle management, data integrity, labour management and materials tracking and cost capture.

· Provide regularly scheduled auditing of system operations for reporting negative trending and to supply tools and resources that promote continuous improvement.

· Retrieve, analyze data, and develop reports from Computerized Maintenance Management Services.

· Chairs weekly/biweekly/monthly planned maintenance scheduling meetings

· Prepares plans and schedules maintenance work during site shutdowns in collaboration with Site and Reclamation Managers

· Develops written job procedures in accordance with OEM manuals & maintenance standards for recurring tasks

· The Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Administrator works closely with the procurement personnel and vendor service provider as well as the site personnel to ensure quality of service.

· Create and maintain material code for critical assets in the CMMS and ensure proper assignment in work order.

· Create Requisitions and Purchase Orders (POs) with vendors to procure necessary parts and supplies.

· Support the validating and resolving issues with vendor invoices and processes invoices.

· Create Maintenance contracts in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for maintenance strategies requiring external expertise.

· Follows up with Vendors and Contractors on procured parts and contracted services.

· Coordinates emergency repairs with external contractors

Data Management

· The CMMS administrator ensures quality data within the CMMS for accurate asset registry, spares inventory, Asset Data KPI reporting and appropriate leadership decisions on work order prioritization.

· Assure data integrity in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) by managing the asset setup, parts, and job plans based upon input from Asset Management and Engineering team.

· Support Plant Maintenance & Operations in creating, analysing, and publishing reports for management and as directed within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Training & Support

· Provide support during the implementation of the CMMS software at all NACS sites, ensuring a seamless transition and user acceptance.

· Acquire in-depth knowledge of the CMMS software and its functionalities to effectively deliver training and support to users, including engineers, technicians, and other relevant staff members.

· Act as the main point of contact for all CMMS-related inquiries
