They are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant/HR Solution Implementation to join their great team in the old port of Montreal. It's a really exciting role as they're in a growth mode so a lot of opportunities to learn and lots of exciting and interesting projects ahead. You will be involved in driving discovery and design sessions with the customer's Human Resources team to understand their needs and act as a functional consultant in HR implementation projects focused on Talent Modules. They are looking for a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client consulting, strong experience working daily with an HRIS/HCM or an ATS, as well as fluent English. 4 weeks of vacation, health benefits (medical, dental, vision, practitioner etc).
