We are currently expanding our Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) Sales organization and are seeking a senior business development leader to help drive the growth and shape the future of a collaborative, high performance, growth-oriented business unit. We are looking for an Engineering Services Business Development Director for the EMEA region who is passionate and results-oriented to be part of our global ATS organization. Act as the primary liaison between Celestica Engineering and our customers, effectively communicating our unique value proposition and ensuring alignment with their project objectives. # Develop and execute comprehensive Engineering account and opportunity strategies by deeply understanding customer needs and market trends to drive successful project outcomes. # Specialize in providing technical insights and guidance for projects and developing customer strategies, demonstrating a clear understanding of market and/or region-specific challenges and requirements. # Provide support for product commercialization efforts, including integration of Design for Excellence (DFX) and Test strategies, working closely with Engineering's Commercialization Services team. # Gain competitive intelligence and always tie insights back to unique Celestica strengths in the market. # Have deep knowledge of customer's business current macro and microeconomic trends, industry trends and potential new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach. # Act as the main focal point during the sales process, to understand customer's needs and requests, manage them and deliver business proposals and RFQ responses to customers. Experience in the Challenger Sales or similar Solutions Selling methodologies is highly preferred Understanding of technical and process fundamentals related to electronics and electromechanical products Proven track record of developing business with new clients / developing new markets Ability to understand Profit and Loss modeling and sales impacts to improving customer financials Languages: Fluent in English, proficiency in Spanish and German desired Preferred engineering and manufacturing experience. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
