As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing and optimizing the paid search and paid social strategies across all relevant platforms.
- Lead in planning and development of paid media efforts;
- Support of our holistic marketing strategies for clients;
- Support Account Manager in building reports and writing insights;
- Search for new keywords and implement negative keywords in the accounts;
- Collaborating with other departments to develop the content/campaign calendar for paid and organic content across channels.
- Create, test and optimize content across channels;
- Monitor the overall performance of paid media to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion (be the "2nd set of eyes");
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, or other relevant fields;
- One year in Digital Marketing;
- Bilingualism in both languages, English and French, verbal and written
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace, including Google Sheets and Google Analytics;
- Knowledge of advertising platforms and proficiency in using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon, X, and LinkedIn;
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build connections,
- Highly motivated individual eager to learn, organized and unafraid of being independent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
