Join a growing and dynamic team of Cyber Operations security professionals within RBC's Global Cyber Security organization working to help safeguard RBC and client data. The opportunity is for a Cybersecurity Analyst who will provide oversight, monitoring and enhancements to existing certificate and key management services and processes. The incumbent will be responsible to help support the certificate services and key management infrastructure and processes.
What will you do?
Provide support to certificate and key owners with implementation and lifecycle management.
Support certificate and key management infrastructure
Collaborate with vendors and teams across the environment to support and troubleshoot issues.
Maintain environmental and configurational documentation of certificate and key management systems.
Create and maintain operational procedures with a focus on risk mitigation.
Look for operational efficiencies and opportunities to automate processes.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
3-5 years with experience working in enterprise key management, certificate management or related cybersecurity domain
Understanding of SSL, TLS, PKI and Enterprise key management concepts
Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
Creative and analytical thinker who is highly motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Interest in process improvements through automation of operational processes
A willingness to make a difference and help protect business areas and data.
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Security Policies and Standards; Information Security Practices
Knowledge of risk, compliance, audit and privacy policies and regulations
Experience with Thales CipherTrust manager platform
Experience with Venafi certificate management solution
Understanding of operation environments and related key stores
Understanding of cloud key management concepts
