Position Requirements

The Developer/Architect - ServiceNow will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions based on ServiceNow technologies and business requirements. They will provide best practice expertise for solution development and implementation as well as participate in ServiceNow governance. Hands-on technical project and operational support, project management, and multi-tasking skill sets will be required to successfully work with the other ServiceNow support professionals, business partners, and IT groups. This position will provide and implement solutions for a wide variety of business functions and use case scenarios with assistance from other Enterprise Application team members, other IT teams, and interaction with business users.

• ServiceNow Project Build and Implementation
• ServiceNow Operational Support
• ServiceNow Documentation
• Perform other job duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelors in Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of ServiceNow Administration
• 3+ years ServiceNow Development
• 2+ years ServiceNow Architect
• Project management experience
• Motivated self-starter who has the ability to lead by example and break-down complex problems in order to find resolutions quickly
• Proven experience in performing application analysis, procedure analysis and problem resolution
• Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders in a problem-solving environment
• Ability to translate defined system requirements into technology solutions
• Ability to work in a collaborative manner with technical and non-technical personnel
• Requires good interpersonal skills, ability to function in a fast-paced, short deadline environment, and the ability to come up with innovative cost-effective solutions

DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors in Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator - Required
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer - Required
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Strongly Preferred

TOTAL REWARDS:

• Salary: $128,298- 138,600 per year
