This role entails a long-term contract with a prominent integrated oil and natural gas company based in Calgary, AB. As a Competency Management Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the management and technical aspects of our Competency Management System and employee development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include aligning the competency management system with the SAP S/4HANA Success Factors CORE Project requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Determine CMS build activities, particularly within Success Factors
· Design, support, and test client inquiries related to CMS and competency logistics
· Support day-to-day operations of the internal Competency Management team
· Act as a technical subject matter expert for Competency Management, including issue troubleshooting and client support
· Test and implement CMS activities, providing end-user support
· Maintain data integrity across Leadership & Employee Development
· Generate custom reports from the CMS as needed
· Ensure adherence to Competency Management standards and governance
· Facilitate and support learning partner training sessions
· Contribute to team cohesion and provide support to fellow team members
Requirements and Qualifications:
· At least 10 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar capacity
· Direct working experience or project experience in business areas or functions
· SAPS/4HANA Success Factors and in competency management system
· Experience with ERP HR time management, work schedules, time and attendance management, shift planning
· Experience with ERP Payroll systems (Canada and/or USA)
· Workforce Software experience is an asset
· Oil &Gas/Energy industry experience is also an asset
· Organization and relationship building skills
· Highly effective communicator
· Displays emotional intelligence; demonstrates self-awareness and remains calm under pressure
· Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
