Adecco is currently seeking a highly qualified individual for a full-time position as a Competency Management Advisor . This role entails a long-term contract with a prominent integrated oil and natural gas company based in Calgary, AB. As a Competency Management Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the management and technical aspects of our Competency Management System and employee development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include aligning the competency management system with the SAP S/4HANA Success Factors CORE Project requirements.

If you possess a high level of technical expertise, coupled with strong customer service skills and the ability to foster partnerships both within the business and HR, this opportunity could be an ideal fit for you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Determine CMS build activities, particularly within Success Factors

· Design, support, and test client inquiries related to CMS and competency logistics

· Support day-to-day operations of the internal Competency Management team

· Act as a technical subject matter expert for Competency Management, including issue troubleshooting and client support

· Test and implement CMS activities, providing end-user support

· Maintain data integrity across Leadership & Employee Development

· Generate custom reports from the CMS as needed

· Ensure adherence to Competency Management standards and governance

· Facilitate and support learning partner training sessions

· Contribute to team cohesion and provide support to fellow team members

Requirements and Qualifications:

· At least 10 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar capacity

· Direct working experience or project experience in business areas or functions

· SAPS/4HANA Success Factors and in competency management system

· Experience with ERP HR time management, work schedules, time and attendance management, shift planning

· Experience with ERP Payroll systems (Canada and/or USA)

· Workforce Software experience is an asset

· Oil &Gas/Energy industry experience is also an asset

· Organization and relationship building skills

· Highly effective communicator

· Displays emotional intelligence; demonstrates self-awareness and remains calm under pressure

· Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
