Principal SystemC Modelling Engineer

We are looking for a Principal SystemC Modelling Engineer to lead our work on developing high-level models of complex systems for simulation and verification purposes. You will be responsible for creating, testing, and maintaining SystemC models of hardware and software components, as well as integrating them into larger system models. You will also collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and quality of the models and their alignment with the specifications and requirements. You will also mentor and guide junior engineers and contribute to the improvement of the modelling and simulation processes and tools.

What you'll be doing:

• Create virtual models of our connectivity IPs using SystemC/C++ and SystemC libraries
• Test and debug the models using SystemC simulation tools and frameworks
• Integrate models into emulation and verification environments to enable early software developent
• Maintain and update the models according to the changes in the design and requirements
• Integrate the models into larger system models and verify their functionality and performance
• Document the models and their interfaces and provide support for their usage and integration
• Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure the consistency and quality of the models and their alignment with the specifications and requirements
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and provide feedback and guidance on their work
• Contribute to the improvement of the modelling and simulation processes and tools and propose new solutions and best practices

What we need to see:

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in SystemC software modelling and simulation
• Expert in C++ and SystemC programming and libraries
• Familiar with SystemC simulation tools and frameworks, such as SystemC-AMS, TLM, and UVM-SystemC
• Knowledge of hardware and software design and verification methodologies and standards
• Experience in modelling and simulating complex systems, such as embedded systems, SoCs, or ASICs
