*Chef De Partie, Banquets*APC is seeking a Chef De Partie to work in Banquets, who will report to the Banquet Chef. The Chef de Partie is responsible for supervising line and prep cooks, while maintaining high quality production and service levels. The Chef De Partie is expected to assist in the training and development of staff.
