My client in the logistics industry and based in the Kimberley area has a Operations supervisor position available.
Duties & Responsibilities- Availability of time and flexibility of schedules.
- Ease of communication and desirable experience with leadership roles involving operational teams.
- Demonstrate personal and professional behavior compatible with the function Motivate, train and develop leaders and operational teams
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and maintaining safe working conditions for the team Preserve the relationship with the client and with the clients of its client
- Provide operational conditions for the execution of the team's routines and for obtaining results
- Ensure market presence (clients of the client), attesting to the conditions and performance of the teams' service/deliveries
- Develop and guarantee maintenance suppliers compatible with the needs of the company and its customer
- Carry out People & Management routines, according to the People Cycle, Training and Development, Engagement, Safety processes, among others others
- Ensure the conservation of the company's assets (vehicles, equipment, resources and facilities)
- Strictly comply with all procedures, standards and specifications of the company and the client
- Correctly use uniforms and protective equipment provided by the company
- Commit to the operational goals defined together with the client, DPO/VPO and
- Excellence Program
Qualification or degree in the Logistics and supply chain management
3 - 5 years experience in a supervisory position
3 - 5 years experience in Logistics
