Our Public Sector client is seeking a full-time, permanent HR Director, Supply Chain to join their growing team! This is a hybrid opportunity (3x/week) in Downtown Toronto.
This role leads HR's partnership with Supply Chain & Wholesale, leads a team of Business Partners, and is considered a key contributor to the following areas: workforce planning, talent management, change management, organizational design, and labour/employee relations.

Utilizes data to forecast talent needs. Collaborates on organization-wide planning strategy. Drives innovation and optimization.
Recommends and supports design solutions. Aligns with workforce plans and business needs. Develops OD strategies to promote culture shift and client performance.
Implements talent programs and succession planning. Guides engagement and talent calibration. Cultivates a culture of continuous improvement.
Cultivates a growth mindset for change readiness. Advises on change strategies and promotes HR Operating Model.
Provides advice aligned with legislative obligations. Drives outcomes while fostering constructive labour relations.
Inspires high performance through clear direction and objectives. Embraces continuous improvement and fosters open communication.
Education in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or related field. 8+ years of progressive and relevant HR experience within a Supply Chain & Wholesale environment. Experience working in a unionized environment is mandatory. Apply today for consideration!
