Insight Global is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). The candidate will have a background in business analysis, enabling them to assess the broader implications of technology initiatives on business operations. This role demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, along with excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively across teams.Analyze and map out business processes to understand the workflow and identify bottlenecks.Work closely with IT and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with EDI transactions.Review EDI system performance and recommend enhancements.Engage with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements for system improvements.Provide support and guidance on the use of EDI systems to internal teams.Must Haves:Proven experience in a Business Analyst role, with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting EDI systems ensuring their optimal performance and resolving issues as they arise.Experience communicating complex findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Experience with SQL for data querying and analysis.Knowledge of automation processes and tools.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Plusses:Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system integration.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
