Job Description

We are hiring an HR Manager for a facility in Cornwall, ON. You will be managing a team of 3 in this role (generalists and HR admin) and work very closely with the Operations Team. Please note this role will be 100% on site in Cornwall, ON

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Identify and solve employee relations issues
2. Lead a team providing full life-cycle Human Resources support to managers and employees
3. Work with leaders to develop employee engagement & monitor employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
4. Coach employees at all levels of the business
5. Manage organizational change projects aligned to the business
6. Participate and provide input in management meetings

Required Education and Experience

5+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major functional areas of HR

Degree/Diploma in Human resources or other related field preferred

Previous experience partnering with senior management preferred

Proven experience of leading deployment of organizational change preferred
