• Be a leader and always lead by example by following all brand policies and procedures
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Participate in the recruitment process
• Prepare and provide restaurant Team Members with performance reviews
• Training new Team Members and prospective management
• Train, remind and encourage Team Members to follow all Health & Safety policies and program we have in place
• Managing labour costs through effective scheduling and floor management
• Controlling food & paper costs using order guides
• Monitor weekly and monthly inventories
• Ensuring that product launches and promotions are executed with perfection
• Resolving guest feedback, as well as working with your team to maximize guest satisfaction
• Coach & discipline Team Members as needed
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets
• Complete cash reports and related forms
• Foster a positive work environment through leadership and example

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in a multi-unit leadership role in the restaurant industry
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on, 24/7 environment
• Proven track record of developing and mentoring others
• College or University degree is an asset
• Technically competent in all aspects of restaurant operating systems
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage P&Ls, establish restaurant budgets, and ensure achievement of the company's P&L targets
