Salary: Starting from $95,000, depending on experience

An exceptional opportunity awaits an operational management professional specialized in Strategic Fleet Management and Mechanical. We are seeking a leader with proven expertise in Strategic Management and Change Management. Located in Drummondville, this key position requires an individual ready to tackle stimulating challenges within a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop operating procedures and policies for the mechanical workshop and ensure their implementation.
2. Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage the procurement of necessary equipment.
3. Supervise and mentor mechanical teams, including supervisors, technicians, and administrative staff.
4. Ensure administrative management of the department.
5. Identify and select suppliers to meet departmental needs.
6. Rigorously monitor various reports and intervene when necessary.
7. Manage departmental expenses and inventory.
8. Lead and participate in innovation projects in transportation and mechanics.
9. Contribute to the occupational health and safety program and other strategic initiatives.
10. Provide recommendations to management to improve departmental operations' efficiency and profitability.

Essential Requirements:

Planning Expertise: Experience with ERP systems, advanced Excel knowledge, and ability to perform profitability analyses.
Mechanical Knowledge: Experience in supervising mechanical teams, especially in heavy-duty vehicle domains.
