The right candidate will be a self-starter with experience working in a fast past environment as we deploy and start to support the new application to over 5500 locations. • The successful candidate should be able to maintain service tickets and provide detailed documentation of all work. • You must be able to analyze data and identify trends in issues received as well as resolve complex issues using the training you have been provided on the application and associated systems. • We are looking for someone who will show initiative and go the extra mile to ensure that our clients are serviced in the best way possible.
